2. No Contracting or Labor (CSLB Compliance)

The Company does not perform garage door services. We do not act as a prime contractor, and we do not utilize subcontractors. All service providers in our network are independent legal entities. We do not supervise, control, or guarantee the work performed by these Service Providers. Any contract for repair or installation is strictly between the consumer and the Service Provider.

3. No Warranty or Liability

Because we are a referral service only, Quasar Growth Lab and its brand partners (including California Garage Door Group and California Garage Door Repair) provide no warranty, express or implied, for any labor or materials provided by Service Providers. You agree to hold us harmless for any property damage, personal injury, or financial disputes arising from work performed by an independent contractor.

Final pricing, including labor, parts, and taxes, will be provided to you in a written estimate by the Service Provider on-site prior to the commencement of work.
